Riyadh – Mubasher: Saudi National Bank has appointed Ammar Abdul Wahed Al Khudairy as the bank's Chairman to replace Saeed Mohammed Alghamdi.

The bank also announced the appointment of Saeed Mohammed Alghamdi as the bank's Managing Director and CEO, according to a bourse filing on Sunday.

Meanwhile, Yazeed Abdulrahman Al Humied has been appointed as Vice Chairman, in replacement of Rashid Ibrahim Sharif.

It is noteworthy to mention that on 1 April, the National Commercial Bank (NCB) and Samba Financial Group have announced the expiry of the creditor objection period with no outstanding unsatisfied creditor objections for their planned merger, under which NCB has accordingly changed its name to Saudi National Bank.
